  I used it once and so far never use it anymore. One thing that need to be improved, if we pay using virtual account and the items we want is not available or cheaper, happy fresh should find a way to give it back to customer instead of giving them refund voucher. The other app which is similar can do this thing so I believe HF can do it as well. Is not right to keep someone's money and refund it by voucher

  I've been using Happy Fresh since forever, so far it is a great experience indeed. I can claim voucher when reach certain minimum spend. If some of the items are out of stock, shoppers will call to alert me, depending on the options they give I may cancel or exchange. Usually I will use Grab ewallet to pay (so that can get Grab points), so any refund will go straight to my Grab account. The downside is sometimes items you need might not be available at one same location. So need to plan well.

  Easy to navigate app interface, would be great to see a monthly spend dashboard in the app. Also chat function is available only when the shopper raises a chat query while shopping, otherwise there is no live chat function with the customer service, they are contactable via email and phone. Overall a convenient app that allows online multistore browsing of prices and availability.

  Absolutely Terrible. Last minute order cancelled after waiting for a entire week because of the lack of delivery slots. Cancelled because of manpower shortage. Useless support team who doesn't pick the phone up 90% of the time and the other 10% tell you they will call back but never do and they say refund period 15-30 days. Don't charge the customer's card 1 week before the order, charge on day of delivery when you can confirm you have the manpower to fulfill the order.

  Worst app I've ever experienced in Malaysia. It took three attempts to verify my mobile phone. But I lost my control and uninstall the app when I failed to insert the delivery address. Every time the app said- something went wrong! Yeah, I understand what went wrong; you are you are boosting this creepy app on the Facebook spending lots of money. Lol

  What happened to the app? I can't order from my usual supermarket? Only got Happy fresh supermarket and one another option. It ised to have more than 3 options. Can't even choose date of delivery the option is not there at all! The app is messy now and can't no longer use the browser version. Such a hassle to purcahse from phone only. What a stupid bad management decision to remove the website version.
