  Recently installed the app and tried to use the referral but app is not accepting referral,even it is not giving any error message . I tried multiple ways but no luck ,even app didn't providing any support until we register in app.I don't know whether your engineers checking this kind of issue. Bad design and worst experience with app

  poor customer service, I booked a bus ticket on 28 of March and bus operator informed me 4 hours before journey that bus will not come to my pickup location, even though location is available in mmt application, so bus operator said he will cancel the booking from his end and I will get full refund as the cancelation was from his end, I have raised requests for the same in mmt application, it's been 4 days and so far no updates and refund. I couldn't even able to connect with customer support.

  Such a fraud company it is. They are showing the refunded amount has been credited to my account wallet but there was not a single penny was there in my wallet and when I tried to raise ticket it shows page is not working. How can you expect your customer to trust your organisation and product if this is your response towards your customers. Really disappointed.

  They have lost their charm, they have just become brokers to hotel rather than being customer friendly. Worst service ever, it's better to find the hotel in other platforms who are still customer centric rather than being broker.

  The customer support of this agent is absolutely a nightmare...God help you, if you have booked a ticket and something goes wrong...my trips section is simply not visible...The app doesn't work properly for tickets booked without a surname...the agents just make promises without any action...pathetic app and pathetic customer support...Better off to book directly with hotels or airlines.
