Great features but lens selection doesn't seem to work on Pixel 6 Pro. Switching to 0.7 26mm doesn't do anything and I'm not really sure if it's actually switching to the 3 lenses on the phone or just zooming on the main 24mm camera. The P6P has an 11mm, 26mm and 104mm cameras, but ProShot shows 16, 24 and 104 respectively. Edit: 4 to 5 stars. Developer says that dng format on the Pixel 6 Pro breaks lens selection. Works as expected when set to jpg only.

On Mi 9 T camera it crashes more often than works, giving me the "can't connect to camera" error. I've tried clearing cache- I tried clearing memory- I've tried uninstalling restarting. It only limits jpegs to a small amount. If you try to use the full jpeg resolution of your camera and not the both Jpeg & RAW the app crashes! They need to fix this!

It brings full control of my phones camera. I can use it as I would an actual camera, but this means it becomes very easy to find my phone's camera's limits... There is a couple things that as a novice photographer I found helpful. The main things I found beneficial were (1) manuel focus, which is controled with a bar for zooming to max out and in with the ability to slide along to get any zoom I choose, which I especially found helpful for macro, and (2) for adjusting exposure for night photos.

This app is odd. I used it a few months ago on a LG k30 ( basic mid tier Android ) and it worked great, however now I am using the LG v35 thinQ ( towards the upper end of premium tier Android's ) and once I open the app the sensor is rotated 90° as stated by the app, I can't seem to get it into the correct orientation, I would love to know how to fix this as to continue my search to see if a app can make a already perfect photo the phone will take and make it better.

App offers extensive manual controls for photography enthusiasts, but lacks beginner-friendly guidance. Default settings may require tweaking about stuff I have no idea what i even meams. Surr ot's a powerful tool for pros seeking full control over smartphone cameras. Casual users seeking simple point-and-shoot experience might find it overwhelming. It Would be nice to add a 'dumb it down' option. Edit +1⭐

Edit: It seems that my secondary camera lens has OIS. However, I can enable EIS in Filmic Pro, so I should be able to use it for my primary camera here. By the way, I can toggle EIS in the "video" settings, but it does not work. Also, the EIS button in the Settings menu (gear icon) is disabled.// The app is excellent. However EIS is disabled for my phone. It works on other camera apps so I don't know why it won't work here. Huawei mate 20 pro (EMUI12), android10.
