  Okay app if you want to make a little extra cash. The ideal situation is that you make all filters available in all cities such as auto accept + area preference. On your website it says it's available but it is not available in the app. It's unsafe to be driving and trying to read a destination and accept a ride. It'd be safer for the drivers and everybody else on the road if that Auto accept was available As well as area preference so you don't get taken out of the market you'd like to serve!

  A fraudulent, poorly functioning app for food delivery couriers. In New York City they do not accurately pay their lawful "aggregate pay" under the New York City Delivery Worker protections and wages. Settings for pickup do not work by law. It turns your settings into a distance to dropoff, but will still try to send you 4-7 miles to the restaurant for a dropoff under 3 miles from the pickup. They pay half to as little as 10% of the "aggregate and bonus pay," of other apps, makes no sense.

  There is no way to view multiple orders on the trip radar and they calculate the pay for trip mileage based on crow miles. (the direction a crow would fly) cars don't fly in a straight line we have and use streets to avoid buildings and other landmarks. There is no calculation for turns. the app never calculates for time spent at a store for a pickup. Also no way to toggle communication texts or calls for customers on multiple orders.

  GPS is awful. I couldn't find my first rider because it took me to the street behind the building, which was located in a park. I was being told to go in circles, so the client directed me how to find her. She said the driver who brought her there had the same issue. Then I finally was near her destination and Uber silently let me pass it. Very frustrating! I'm so glad for a sweet and understanding client. This was not the first time.

  Fix your Maps... so many wrong turns, which are not even available. We cannot always hit the information tab on the app to advise, while we are driving. Pick ups and drop offs are being allowed on the wrong sides of the roads and in No Stopping zones!!! Provide the #1 experience to your drivers too, who are giving you 34% of the fare!!!
