  This could one day be a great and useful app. There is a way to scan a UPC to check a price, but it seems wonky and difficult to hold your phone in the correct position to do it. It can take several attempts and a bit of time and concentration. Locating an item within the store can be tough because it seems to want you to order it first and foremost. Then it told me no map of the store was available. Where is Aisle Z3? I don't even know which where the "Z" section is! Needs improvement.

  The best way to get my groceries! Always on time and my order is always what I wanted. I love the way you can have the option to substitute the item or not. I use a walker and no car and this is a GOD send! I also love the coupons you can apply from the items you select. It really helps alot. Thank you Walmart for making my shopping so stress free!

  Walmart plus doesn't really offer free delivery anymore. There is a mandatory driver tipping fee. It used to truly be worked into the price of the subscription. I feel its deceptive advertising sell the Walmart plus on the grounds that you have free delivery, and throw in a mandatory "driver tipping" fee. They should buy a car and pay an employee. If the subscription doesn't cover the True cost, just increase the membership fee, or don't say free delivery. This is frustrating

  Took too long, Would have been faster. If I stood online. Used scan and go, and it prompted me to go to check out and scan the barcode for check out, but the store employee went through the process of scanning the 2 item had but their hand held devise was offline. Then, at the door, the receipt checked again. The slowest process for a small tool bag and a 10-inch grass trimmer. What's the purpose of scanning and go if. have still to check out anyway. It works so well at Sam's club.

  Difficult to use, should be much easier. Finding where to change your store is darn near impossible. As is finding the store map for the store that you're in. You would think this would be automatic based on your GPS location. We have several Walmart stores in town and I don't always go to the same one, would be nice if it recognized where you were and show you item locations based on that store.

  I would leave zero stars if I could. Every single time I have used this app to buy my groceries, there are always issues. Missing or damaged items, replacements I didn't approve of, and using the app to get any sort of help is more trouble than it's worth. Calling doesn't help either. Going into the store is your best bet to get everything you need.
