  Absolutely senseless application. Despite the fact that I input correct credentials (thanks the autofilling) I can't get access to my account. Overall the problem is not new. The funny thing that if you want to reset the password by means of the email Tim sends you a broken link

  After the last update I can no longer see the important menu buttons at the bottom of the screen. Rather annoying to have to close the advertisement each time the app is started (even if you have previously pressed the not show this again link) The virtual assistant in the chat is not able at all to assist you Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento non vedo più gli importanti pulsanti del menù in mesi agli schermo. Molto seccante dover chiudere la pubblicità ogni volta che si apre l'app. ....

  I accidentally deleted MyTIM app from my device, and subsequently, I re-installed it. My phone (an android device) says MyTIM app is installed in it but there is no icon to be found so I can't open the app to check my balance, reload, etc., whenever I need to and wherever I am. Why is this so? I also checked my list of apps in my phone but MyTIM app is nowhere to be found. I want to use the app because it comes very handy especially when I go to work and when I travel. Please help me solve this problem.

  It isn't just the app but it's TIM as well that doesn't have a clue what they're doing. I lived in Italy and faithfully paid my monthly service fee thru ACH. All fine and dandy till I wanted to end the internet service, it became the most difficult task I have ever tried. They told me I don't have an account with them. Never mind they billed me for 4 years straight, so now they continue billing me at my old apt and everyone knows my busines. Now im in the states and personally I don't care

  I can't access the app from outside Italy. I spent 4 months trying to understand why I couldn't access and contacted Tim by email several time. also every month Tim takes 2€ from my account without any authorization from my side or any active offer on my number, I tried to have back my money but tim doesn't want to sort it apparently and keeps taking me 2€ each month.

  I am based in Italy for the last 4 months and people suggested me to get a contract with TIM. There are 2 major reasons I am giving this app -5 stars. 1) It doesn't let me top-up my account online, I tried literally everything but keep receiving the same error messages for months! 2)There is no English version, why???? -5 From me. Useless until you fix it!!!!
