  If you're not smart enough to actually learn new technology, not the app for you. It has helped me out in multiple times since I bought the security subscription!! On top of that within day one! Getting the subscription. It has helped me get a nasty roommate out for multiple threats/ being a thief harassment I have three of them. Best buy ever. I've had it over a year. It has helped me out so much. Ignore what they say for negativity. Except you know how to use it. It works really well

  There is something not working correctly between the time zones and saving to the cloud and/or memory card. I have to dig through multiple days of footage in order to locate exactly what I'm looking for. There seems to be a gap of about a 24 hour period where the camera didn't record anything. Then a couple of days later it will show up, but on a different day and not at the correct time either.

  works well, easy to install and with few False warnings and those have been very high wind shaking camera. excellent battery life. very pleased with this product.

  After latest update, it would appear that you do not know how to implement dark mode and light mode, correctly. Some menu parts are in dark mode while the main menu parts is in light mode ... Please FIX THIS! I have one of ur bulb cams and it won't let me edit the RTSP settings..fyi, I have another cam from y'all, and I can edit its RTSP settings. This looks like an app issue. I can still access both devices via RTSP and ONVIF.

  So I wish I can give more stars. But there's a couple things I didn't like. First off. The image is great. Very clear. But when I hit the talk button. It makes alot of noise. I have to mute it so they can hear me. Second. I don't like that only one phone at a time can access the camera. Me and wife like to check it when we're at work. And if she's logged in. I can't log in. Please allow more than 1 phone to use it.
